Edward Deming, the father of quality management, has said that people can face almost any problem except the problem of people. They can work long hours, face declining business, even the loss of a job, but they can't deal with the difficult people in their lives. This workshop will help you identify some of the ways you may be contributing to these problems and give you some strategies you can adopt, at work and in your personal life.

holds a Master's Degree and Ph.D., Summa Cum Laude, in Psychology. She is an Accredited Trainer of the Philippine Government with invaluable experiences in Organizational Development as a Human Resource, Training and OD practitioner. She authored three books on Psychology/HR Management and was a Trainer Delegate of DFA-Foreign Service Institute in Italy and Singapore in 1999-2000. Dr. Caparas is a recipient of various national awards and also a professor in prestigious universities.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. Seats are limited. On-site payment is highly discouraged as only pre-paid participants are guaranteed to have seats and materials. Those who have reserved seats but will pay on-site will be on the waiting list.

    2. Cancellations may be made two (2) weeks before the event. Otherwise, if cancellation is made less than two(2)weeks before the event, participant will be charged 20% of the regular rate. Cancellations made a day before or no-show during the learning event will be charged 100% of the regular rate. No refunds, but substitutions may be made at any time before the learning event or the participant can opt to attend other future events of the same amount.

    3. Final confirmation of pre-paid participants is based on full payment through a confirmation receipt we will send once payment is received. All fees must be paid prior to the event's date.

    4. We reserve the right to change the schedule and/or venue of our workshops for the best interest of our clients.

    5. We reserve the right to refuse to accept participants unfavorable to our organization.
